Hello Friend! I'm Elizabeth, an artist, musician, nutrition, and fitness coach who approaches wellness and good mental and physical health through the holistic means of art, music, exercise, and good nutrition. I can help you learn how to manage stress and anxiety by channeling your inner creative spirit and incorporating short, manageable exercise sessions into your daily or weekly schedule. I can also help you learn how good nutrition can be implemented to boost your health and mental wellness.

As an EMT and firefighter since 2007, I've learned first-hand just how beneficial fitness, nutrition, and stress management can be in maintaining wellness. I am passionate about guiding you towards a healthier, more balanced life. With years of experience and a holistic approach, I’m here to help you achieve your wellness goals and live your best life.

I offer a holistic approach to managing stress, anxiety, depression, and health issues. Our mind, body, and soul are all connected and should be cared for as a whole being. NUTRITION GUIDANCE

What we put in our bodies has a huge effect on how we feel. It can even affect how our brain functions. I can help you assess your current nutritional intake and guide you on steps you can take to make improvements that will have a life-long impact on your mental and physical health. I can even create daily/weekly/ or monthly meal options with recipes and shopping lists to make following achieving your nutritional goals easier.

WORKOUT PLANS

Studies have shown that even as little as 10 minutes of exercise every day can boost your health and mental wellness and improve sleep at night. I can create a fitness routine that will easily fit into your schedule and you'll be able to do the workouts wherever you prefer. You can also get access to a fitness app that will scores of exercises you can choose from as well as nutrition information and recipes. Plans start as low as $12 a month.

MINDFULNESS HABIT

Learning how to speak nicely to ourselves and have a positive outlook is very important to building self-worth and self-esteem. It's also a huge contributing factor in mental wellness. With regular mindfulness tips offered as a stand-alone option or included with my other services, you'll be able to start redirecting thoughts, actions, and outcomes into a positive and healthful direction.

CREATIVE WELLNESS

Doing creative things such as art, music, and writing has a tremendous positive effect on our mental and emotional wellness. It lowers cortisol, the stress hormone, and increases feel-good neurotransmitters and hormones including dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins. Engaging in just one of these creative activities can lower anxiety and improve mood. I teach a variety of art classes for children to adults, I also have music programs that foster wellness, and offer therapeutic writing classes that help you learn how to journal your emotions and thoughts or put them into poetry with optional artistic touches. I also have a monthly wellness membership, The Creative Sanctuary, where you can explore a variety of wellness -inducing creative activities.
